Circumstances:
The single engine airplane, operated by T-Cement, was engaged in a charter flight from Magadan to Seymchan, carrying 12 pilots and 12 mining employees of the company and their 445 kilos of luggages and personal stuffs. After takeoff from the snowy runway 01, while climbing to a height of 40-50 meters, the aircraft started to lose height then banked left and descended until it impacted a snow covered field near the airport. All 14 occupants were rescued while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
